Led by Areatha Hughes, FNP-C, APRN, the practice focuses on personalized primary care, medical weight loss, women’s health, wellness therapy, telehealth visits, and in-home care. With a strong commitment to accessibility and patient education, Areatha blends evidence-based medicine with a warm, patient-first approach that empowers every client to take control of their health. Our clinical team includes Darnae Hughes, LPN, who brings skilled nursing experience, a welcoming presence, and dedicated patient support to every encounter. Her hands-on expertise in patient care, injections, clinical procedures, and wellness services plays a vital role in ensuring each visit is smooth, professional, and comfortable. We are proudly supported by Dr. Chad Carman, a board-certified Osteopathic physician with over 20 years of experience in emergency medicine, obesity medicine, wound care, hyperbaric therapy, and men’s health, including testosterone therapy and erectile dysfunction treatment. Dr. Carman also has training in botulinum toxin and fillers and now focuses on urgent care and providing compliant, high-quality medical oversight to med-spa and wellness practices nationwide.
